Aldermanic
Wards
The Great City of St. Clair is a Fourth Class City pursuant to State
Statute. The City is divided into two Aldermanic Wards. Pursuant to
City Ordinance, the Ward dividing line is as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Roller Road with
the west city limits; thence proceeding easterly along the center
line of Roller Road and crossing Interstate Highway 44 to the center
line of North Street; thence proceeding easterly along the center
line of North Street to its intersection with the center line of Lay
Avenue; thence proceeding southerly along the center line of Lay
Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Hibbard Street;
thence proceeding south-easterly along the center line of Hibbard
Street to its intersection with the center line of North Main
Street; thence proceeding southerly along the center line of North
Main Street to its intersection with the center line of Frisco
Street; thence proceeding northerly along the center line of Frisco
Street to its intersection with the center line of Grant Street;
thence proceeding easterly along the center line of Grant Street to
its intersection with the center line of Cemetery Road; thence
proceeding easterly along the center line of Cemetery Road to its
intersection with the east city limits.
Each Ward is represented by two (2) elected Alderman.
